When young Holden Caufield is kicked out of school, he embarks on an adventure and an unexpected destination. "If you really want to know about it, the first thing you'll probably want to know is where I was born, and what my lousy childhood was like, and how my parents were occupied and all before they had me, and all that David Copperfield kind of crap..."
This event made possible in part by a 2009 Creative Communities Award from the Council on the Arts & Humanities for Staten Island, with public funding from the New York State Council on the Arts.
