Pop-Up Art Studio announces a call for submissions to an upcoming exhibit entitled, Paper and Pulp: Gathering a Community

All artists with a passion for paper are invited to submit work for an exhibit to be held from September 17-October 7 at Salt Space, 1160 Broadway in Manhattan.

The many uses for paper throughout generations have included a means for mapping discoveries, keeping records and preserving stories. We are looking for artworks to display and celebrate these aspects of paper arts that highlight social cohesion.

Works in a range of stages from paper production to paper manipulation in a variety of media (print, sculpture, installation, animation, etc) are encouraged.
