Workshops
Friday Afternoon
On Friday afternoon we are offering workshops led by presenters from all corners of our culture. These workshops are designed to bring ideas and discussions both old and new in to the context of Generative Creativity.Sam Lopez de Victoria and the TM Sisters present Unclogging Your Creativity.
Philip Prescott Parham will guide his workshop through How to Become a DreamKeeper: by identifying your core genius and crystallizing a plan to achieve your heart's desire.
"The church doesn't get me, and I don't get the church," is a sentiment long-standing in the art community. Pastor of Art John Farkas will help you continue to build bridges in his workshop.
Artist Judith Kruger will lead an interactive session, READY, SET, CREATE - Living and Working Creatively Against the Odds.
Media Strategist Gordon Pennington will continue a dialogue begun last year at his media and propoganda workshop in Trends in Media: Staying Ahead of the Game.
Wesley Hurd, author of The Critical Zone: Speculations on a Conceptual Zone for Postmodern Seekers, will lead a session related to the cultural conditions for dialogue in the arts.
Students will have the opportunity to learn how to get your career started in school.
Saturday Afternoon
The Saturday workshops will be a time dedicated to addressing key issues that you face in your career. With a few facilitators in each session to guide the discussion, you'll be able to meet new people in related fields that face similar issues. The roundtable discussion opens the opportunity for you to hear from others experiences and get feedback from your peers about your career.
