Kevin Gosa

Kevin Gosa is a classically trained saxophonist who, along with multi-instrumentalist Jake Armerding, co-founded the "roots chamber music" ensemble The Fretful Porcupine in 2009. He has spanned the globe performing everything from folk music to contemporary classical. 

He is an active writer and his writing has appeard in The Curator, Comment Magazine, Patrol Magazine, and The Other Journal. He occasionally publishes original poetry at The Versery.

Kevin and his wife, Laura, live in Jersey City, NJ with their son Linus. He is active in the community garden, local arts scene, and local government, and loves talking sports, watching cartoons, and cooking Jamie Oliver-style.
